TO GET A REPEAT MEDICATION 

Prescriptions are ready for collection within 48 hours. Should you wish to collect your prescription directly from the chemist, your prescription can be collected on your behalf by Alliance at Shawbirch, Lloyds—both Market Square and Chapel Lane in Wellington, and Morrison’s supermarket. Please indicate you wish to use this service when you request your medication.

In order to obtain repeat prescriptions medication you can choose either way from following that is convenient to you.

In Person at the Surgery

Please place the right side of your previous prescription with the items ticked on it that you want. If you wish to use the ALLIANCE (next door) Pharmacy free prescription service please put 'A' in the right hand corner of your prescription.

Fax

Online

You can also order your prescriptions online. To use the Internet Prescription request facility, you need some registration information, please contact the surgery for details.  Once  you have got all of the information click Get Register. If you are already registered enter the details and click 'Sign In'  

If you need to register click 'Create your account'. There are two registration screens. The information you enter on the first screen enables the system to check your identity when you log on. On the second screen you enter a password and security details that no-one else will know.
